Three days only works as a fly-in. Road travel from the coast would destroy the safari time, so hotel-to-airport transfer and airstrip selection are part of the itinerary, not extras added at the last minute.
Seronera is normally the logical central Serengeti gateway; Kogatende is used when northern Serengeti/migration positioning makes more sense and flights operate for your dates.

Zanzibar hotel pickup → airport → Serengeti
Private driver collects you from your Zanzibar hotel at the time calculated from the domestic check-in requirement. Transfer to Zanzibar Airport, scheduled flight to the selected Serengeti airstrip, meeting by your private safari guide and immediate game drive from the airstrip toward camp. Afternoon/evening game viewing continues until lodge arrival.
Full private Serengeti safari
Early breakfast or sunrise departure. The day is built around wildlife location rather than a fixed loop: predators, plains game, river systems and migration herds when seasonally present. Choose a full-day picnic plan or split morning/evening drives with a lodge break.
Final game drive → airstrip → onward flight
Morning game drive timed around your flight. Transfer to Seronera/Kogatende and scheduled flight back to Zanzibar, Arusha Airport or a Kilimanjaro Airport connection if available in the booked timetable. On Zanzibar return, private airport-to-hotel transfer can be included.
